NewGen announces partnerships

ReFuel America, a wholly owned subsidiary of NewGen Technologies Inc., recently formed a joint venture with the alternative energy solution group PowerShift Energy Company. The two companies will help build biodiesel plants and power generation facilities in the United States. NewGen also announced an engineering and design joint venture with Actanol Service Ltd., to form Actanol BioEngineering LLC. The new company will provide design, construction, engineering, operations and technology support to biofuel plants worldwide
