Nova Biosource Fuels signs biodiesel sales agreement

Nova Biosource Fuels Inc. has lined up contracts for biodiesel marketing and feedstock at its proposed 60 MMgy biodiesel facility in Seneca, Ill. Through a long-term biodiesel sales agreement, ConAgra Trade Group Inc. will provide sales and outbound logistics services for the company. The agreement was executed through a Nova Biosource Fuels subsidiary and will complement a feedstock supply agreement signed with Lipid Logistics LLC, an affiliate of Kaluzny Brothers Inc. The company expects the biodiesel facility to be on line in summer 2007.
